Brain Check Refund Policy
Brain Check Plus subscription payments and refunds are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record and reseller. This policy explains subscription cancellation, refund requests, and how AI Credits and storage are handled.

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Brain Check Plus subscription through Paddle or the in-app subscription management flow before the next billing date. Cancellation stops automatic renewal from the next billing date.
Cancellation generally does not mean an automatic refund for the current paid subscription period. If a refund is not approved, you can continue using subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, prepare the order information included in your Paddle receipt and the email address used for payment, then contact Paddle support or Brain Check support.

3. Refund Review Criteria
Refunds are reviewed based on Paddle policies, applicable consumer protection laws, payment method rules, and your service usage status. Refunds may be reviewed in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical issues that prevented normal access to the service
- Cases where Paddle or applicable law requires or allows a refund
Refunds may be limited in cases of abuse, refund misuse, terms violations, or substantial use of service benefits.
4. AI Credits and Storage
- Plus includes 50GB storage and 20,000 AI Credits per month.
- AI Credits are an internal service usage unit and have no cash value.
- Unused AI Credits expire monthly and do not roll over to the next month.
- Unused, expired, or deducted AI Credits are not eligible for separate cash refunds or cash-equivalent compensation.
- If a refund is approved, subscription benefits, remaining AI Credits, and subscription storage access may be restricted immediately or within a reasonable period.
5. Yearly Subscription Refunds
Yearly subscriptions are offered at a discounted price for annual use. Plus yearly is US$43. If a refund is approved, the refund amount and processing method may depend on Paddle policies, applicable law, usage period, and service usage status.
6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, Paddle processes the refund to the original payment method. The timing of the actual deposit or reversal may vary by card issuer, bank, payment method, country, and processing procedure.
This refund policy does not limit your statutory rights. If applicable consumer protection laws or the conditions displayed in Paddle Checkout are more favorable to you than this policy, those conditions may apply first.
