Brain Check Refund Policy

This page explains the standards for Brain Check Plus subscription payments and refunds. It covers subscription cancellation, refund requests, and how AI Credits and storage are handled.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Brain Check Plus subscription through the in-app subscription management flow before the next billing date. Cancellation stops automatic renewal from the next billing date.

Cancellation generally does not mean an automatic refund for the current paid subscription period. If a refund is not approved, you can continue using subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

2. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through the platform where you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Yearly subscriptions are offered at a discounted price for annual use. Plus yearly is US$43. If a refund is approved, the refund amount and processing method may depend on applicable law, usage period, and service usage status.

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. The timing of the actual deposit or reversal may vary by card issuer, bank, payment method, country, and processing procedure.

This refund policy does not limit your statutory rights. If applicable consumer protection laws or the conditions displayed during checkout are more favorable to you than this policy, those conditions may apply first.
